Lifecycle Marketing Manager

What you’ll do:
- Campaign Setup & Execution: Manage end-to-end campaign setup within Customer.io, translating briefs into structured workflows and automated sequences.
- Advanced Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize sophisticated segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver relevant, timely messages based on user data, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle stages.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, creative, data, etc.) to create personalized and data-backed content.
- Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Track campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues to ensure streamlined execution.
- Best Practice Development: Establish best practices for efficient and effective use of Customer.io, including data integration and documentation to ensure consistent, scalable campaign operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Use insights and data to enhance campaign workflows, focusing on improving retention rates and increasing customer lifetime value.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a similar role, with demonstrated experience using Customer.io or similar platforms.
- Expertise in customer communication workflows, automation, and data integration. Familiarity with segmentation strategies and data-triggered messaging is essential.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, especially with product teams, aligning communications with broader marketing objectives.
- Experience in creating and maintaining campaign documentation to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and process standardization.
